Summer Crisis Program
This program allows for a one-time payment on the electric utility for eligible households at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. The assistance must result in a continuation of electric service for at least 30 days. The applicant may also be eligible to receive an air conditioner and/or up to 2 fans, or repair service for a central air system. Applicants over the age of 60 or those that have a qualifying medical condition, as per medical eligibility form, may also be eligible. This program runs July 3rd through September 29th,

This program provides financial assistance to low-income households at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines that are threatened with disconnection, have had services disconnected, need to establish new or transfer service, or have 25 percent of bulk fuel in their tank. The program runs from November 1st through March 29th.
