Clients desiring to ride CARTS must schedule at least 24 hours in advance. To schedule a trip, please call the reservation line listed below. Once your trip has been scheduled, You will receive an automated call the night before with your scheduled pickup time. Drivers can arrive up to 15 minutes early, so please be ready!
*Area Aging applications are available by requesting one from your driver, you can call the CARTS office or PRINT the application below.

CARTS Schedule
Service Hours
Persons desiring to ride CARTS must call 330-424-4015. Our demand is heavy so please plan your trips in advance. Service is available Monday – Saturday 5 am – 8 pm.
Our new automated voice system will call you the day before your appointment after 4pm with your scheduled pick up time. Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup so our drivers are able to get everyone to their destinations on time.
This service is funded with the help of the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration.
