STAFF PHYSICIAN

Provides health care to health centers’ patients according to the policies/procedures of CAA and within the scope of practitioner’s licensure and experience. READ MORE
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT/CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT
Provides patient care to health center patients in accordance with health center policies/procedures, within the scope of certification and as directed by the provider staff. READ MORE
LPN
Provides nursing care to health centers’ patients within the scope of employee’s certification, according to the CAA policies/procedures, and at the direction of the provider staff. READ MORE

Head Start
Early Head Start Teacher
The Early Head Start Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a developmentally appropriate educational atmosphere where infants and toddlers have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth. The Lead Teacher will plan activities, develop appropriate lesson plans for the children and assess student progress.

Early Head Start Home Visitor
The Early Head Start (EHS) Home Visitor is responsible for providing home visits and group socialization activities that promote secure parent-child relationships and help parents provide high-quality early learning experiences in language, literacy, mathematics, social and emotional functioning, approaches to learning, science, physical skills, and creative arts. The EHS Home Visitor is responsible for organizing and implementing the curriculum that will result in children achieving academic success in accordance with HSPPS section 1302.35 and Ohio Early Learning Content Standards.

The Family Advocate is responsible for collaborating with all families in a family partnership process that identifies needs, interests, strengths, goals, services, and resources that support family well-being, including family safety, health, and economic stability. The Family Advocate will provide parents with opportunities to participate in their child’s education and engage in program activities.
