Health Center

Nurse Practitioner

Provides health care to health centers’ patients according to the policies/procedures of CAA and within the scope of practitioner’s licensure and experience. READ MORE

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Responsible for assisting the dentists and dental hygienist in the direct provision of primary care dental services to dental center patients; also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies. READ MORE

CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT/CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT

Provides patient care to health center patients in accordance with health center policies/procedures, within the scope of certification and as directed by the provider staff. READ MORE

LPN

Provides nursing care to health centers’ patients within the scope of employee’s certification, according to the CAA policies/procedures, and at the direction of the provider staff. READ MORE

STAFF DENTIST

Provides competent dental care to dental centers’ patients according to the policies/procedures of CAA and within the Ohio scope of practice, dentist’s licensure and experience. READ MORE

PHYSICIAN

Provides competent health care to health centers’ patients according to the policies/procedures of CAA and within the scope of physician’s licensure and experience. READ MORE

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Assist with accurate and timely prescription processing. Communicates with patients over the phone and in pharmacy to address customer service issues. Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of pharmacy. Pharmacy technician will be responsible for additional tasks assigned by the pharmacy manager. READ MORE

LICENSED COUNSELOR (LISW, LPC, LPCC)

Conducts assessment and counseling services to clients and families of CAA. Provides mental health services for CAA clients. Works toward prevention and treatment of mental health disorders. READ MORE

CENTRAL PROCESSING CLERK

 The Central Processing Clerk works under the direction of the CPM of the health and dental centers.  The CPC will accurately bill patients and/or insurance companies, as well as maximize payment amounts in turn-around time. READ MORE

Head Start

Early Head Start Teacher

The Early Head Start Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a developmentally appropriate educational atmosphere where infants and toddlers have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and psychological growth. The Lead Teacher will plan activities, develop appropriate lesson plans for the children and assess student progress.

Early Head Start Home Visitor

The Early Head Start (EHS) Home Visitor is responsible for providing home visits and group socialization activities that promote secure parent-child relationships and help parents provide high-quality early learning experiences in language, literacy, mathematics, social and emotional functioning, approaches to learning, science, physical skills, and creative arts. The EHS Home Visitor is responsible for organizing and implementing the curriculum that will result in children achieving academic success in accordance with HSPPS section 1302.35 and Ohio Early Learning Content Standards.

The Family Advocate is responsible for collaborating with all families in a family partnership process that identifies needs, interests, strengths, goals, services, and resources that support family well-being, including family safety, health, and economic stability. The Family Advocate will provide parents with opportunities to participate in their child’s education and engage in program activities.

The Head Start Lead Teacher will be in a probationary period for the first 180 days of receiving the position. Job performance will be measured within 180 days of receiving the position and annually thereafter.
